My process
Once you get in touch, we’ll organise a discovery call where we can get acquainted and discuss your business / website requirements.

I’ll send over your custom quote, proposal and suggested start date. If you’re happy to go ahead, I’ll send over the contract and deposit info so we can book in your project.

During your preparation time, you’ll complete a questionnaire and have access to the client portal where you’ll upload all the elements I’ll need to get started. My guides and tips will help you complete this step.

Project kick off! I’ll be in touch to make sure I have everything I need to get started. During this time, I’ll set up a ‘first draft’ of your website ready for your feedback and will work through revisions before the launch.

Ready for launch! I’ll be on hand for 21 days post-launch support and will provide personalised tutorial videos so you can maintain your website moving forwards.

At the moment I require 6 weeks notice to book a project, but don't be afraid to get in touch anyway in case I have a space sooner!
Usually it can be useful for you to have this time to gather the things you need to get started on the project too.

Squarespace is a website building platform and hosting company. You may have also heard of platforms such as WordPress or Wix, but my preference for designing sites is Squarespace, mainly because it is so user-friendly for my clients to manage!

As with any website host, you have to pay a monthly or annual hosting fee.
You can find Squarespace's pricing on their website, but most of my clients require either the Business Plan, or the Basic Commerce Plan.
(Please note: This cost, along with the cost of your domain, is separate to my website design fee.)
